// 01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "3rrm", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 3rrm.app platform and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 3rrm platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the 3rrm website accessible at 3rrm.app, including all casino games, sportsbook markets, live dealer tables, and ancillary features.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player from their own verified payment source, held in their 3rrm Account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits issued by 3rrm subject to specific wagering conditions, held separately from Real-Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under 3rrm's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency for transactions on the Platform.

// 02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3rrm. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the registration process on the Platform; depositing funds into your 3rrm Account; or placing any wager or engaging with any game or betting market on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

3rrm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where amendments are material, 3rrm will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

// 03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 3rrm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of third parties for commercial wagering purposes.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's activity.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must not reside in or access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, to the extent that applicable local law creates personal legal liability for the Player.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 3rrm or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

// 04 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 3rrm Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 3rrm will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have previously notified 3rrm of unauthorised access.

You must notify 3rrm immediately via the support channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

// 05 Identity Verification (KYC)

3rrm operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be triggered at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit or wagering thresholds, or at any time at 3rrm's discretion where the circumstances of account activity warrant review.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Pakistani CNIC (front and back), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet screen; for bank transfers, a copy of a recent bank statement showing account name and number.

3rrm will acknowledge receipt of KYC documentation within one (1) business day and complete the review process within three (3) business days of receiving all required documents. Where additional documentation is required, 3rrm will notify you via your registered email address.

Withdrawal requests remain pending and cannot be released until KYC verification is complete to 3rrm's satisfaction. This restriction does not affect your ability to continue wagering during the verification period, subject to standard account limits.

// 06 Deposits

3rrm accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your 3rrm Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. PKR is the primary transaction currency. Deposits denominated in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction; 3rrm does not apply additional conversion fees on its end.

Deposits are credited to your 3rrm Real-Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 3rrm is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor network issues, bank processing queues, or mobile wallet downtime outside of 3rrm's control.

3rrm reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it has reason to believe the transaction involves fraudulent activity, misuse of a payment instrument, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

// 07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless that method does not support payouts — in which case an alternative verified method in your own name may be used subject to 3rrm approval.

The following processing timeframes apply to verified accounts:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Under 15 minutes from approval during standard operating hours.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank transfers: 1–3 banking business days.
• Cryptocurrency: Processed within 24 hours to the verified wallet address on record.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in your Account dashboard. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for fully verified accounts; however, very large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence review, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside of 3rrm's standard compliance review window may experience delays of up to one additional business day. 3rrm will notify you via email if any withdrawal request requires extended review.

Bonus Balance funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance are not eligible for withdrawal until the associated Wagering Requirement for the relevant promotion has been met in full.

// 08 Bonuses & Promotions

3rrm offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail only in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 3rrm promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period if the requirement has not been met.
• 3rrm reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of amendment are honoured under the original conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 3rrm may require Players to opt in to promotions via the Account dashboard. Bonuses will not be credited retroactively to accounts that failed to opt in before the qualifying deposit was made.

// 09 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available in the 3rrm casino lobby operate using certified random number generator technology sourced from independently audited game providers. The outcomes of all casino games are determined solely by these certified systems and are not influenced by 3rrm or any third party after the bet is placed.

Sportsbook odds and markets are set by 3rrm's professional trading team and are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation; latency or connectivity issues on the Player's end do not entitle the Player to odds that were displayed prior to network delay.

3rrm reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on a market that was made available in error.
• The odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• The underlying event is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any form of manipulation.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or by a Player who was ineligible at the time of placement.

In the event that a voided bet formed part of a multiple or accumulator wager, the remaining selections in that accumulator will be settled as if the voided selection had not been included.

// 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rrm Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format available on the Platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any Player who identifies a bug is required to report it to 3rrm support immediately and may not benefit from it.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds with the primary purpose of disguising the origin of those funds rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 3rrm.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 3rrm staff or other Players.

// 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rrm Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 3rrm or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 3rrm.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 3rrm regarding the Platform may be used by 3rrm without obligation or compensation to you.

// 12 Privacy & Data

3rrm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the 3rrm Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided during registration, KYC, and ongoing Account use is processed for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. 3rrm does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

// 13 Responsible Gaming

3rrm is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account from all real-money gaming activity for periods ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict your Account from all gaming activity. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected minimum period and cannot be lifted by request during the active exclusion window.

// 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrm's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3rrm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances outside 3rrm's reasonable control.

3rrm makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate security software on your own devices.

// 15 Termination

3rrm may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, where continued operation of your Account would expose 3rrm to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, or where required to do so by a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, any Real-Money Balance remaining in your Account will be retained pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to your verified payment source within 10 business days.

You may close your own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 3rrm support. Upon voluntary closure, your verified Real-Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your payment source within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

// 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rrm holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 3rrm's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact 3rrm support in writing and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for 3rrm to investigate and respond to your complaint through the internal resolution process.

// 17 Amendments

3rrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date, as published on this page, supersedes all prior versions. A version history is maintained below for reference.
